GAMA Recycle: Turkey's Largest PET Bottle Recycling Facility

Story of the Project

GAMA Recycle, which is a leading company in the sector, serving as Turkey's largest PET bottle recycling and reclaimed fiber producer. For years, GAMA has been minimizing the environmental impact of plastic waste and returning these wastes to the economy, operating with a sustainable production philosophy. The GAMA Recycle Wastewater Recovery Facility, scheduled to become operational in 2025, is one of the significant projects to be implemented in line with this goal.

With a daily production capacity of 150 tons of regenerated fiber and yarn, GAMA Recycle is one of the largest integrated regenerated yarn producers globally. Additionally, with a daily production capacity of 100 tons of recycled polyester fiber, it is the largest producer in this field in Turkey.

GAMA Wastewater Recovery Facility: Capacity, Technology, and Sustainability

GAMA Recycle's wastewater recovery facilitywill make a difference in the sector with its capacity of 7,500 m³ per day. Designed by Ekosistem Engineering, this facility will be equipped with advanced technologies to achieve maximum efficiency in wastewater recovery. Especially in recycling processes where water consumption is intensive, this recovery facility will make a significant contribution to sustainability by saving water.

Ekosistem Engineering, with its knowledge and experience in water recovery, has partnered with GAMA Recycle on this major project.
