Emsam Textile has pioneered a circular biological treatment systemat its Çorlu facility, a first in the textile industry. This innovative technology supports sustainable production processes while ensuring environmentally friendly wastewater recovery.
Founded in 2002, Emsam Textile has an annual production capacity of up to 10 million units. It encompasses knitting, garment manufacturing, packaging, and shipping processes.
Wastewater Recovery Transformation Without Construction
The facility's existing wastewater treatment system has been transformed to recover 90% of the wastewater. Remarkably, this transformation was achieved in just two months without the need for new construction, merely by adding the necessary equipment. This has set Emsam Textile apart in the industry, enabling it to adopt an environmentally friendly production model with the help of Ekosistem Engineering .
Achieving such a rapid and efficient transformation in traditional wastewater treatment systems is quite challenging. However, by implementing a circular biological treatment system, Emsam Textile has both reduced production costs and minimized its environmental impact .
